Reed Cheltenham is collaborating with a thriving SME in the Technical sector to find an Internal Sales Executive to join their team. Are you a tenacious and proactive individual with a talent for building relationships and generating new business? Do you enjoy working in a team but also excel when working independently? Roles and Responsibilities: Proactively generate and develop new opportunities while managing the existing customer base. Collaborate with the Business and Technical Sales Manager to develop and direct sales strategies and activities. Drive new business by identifying potential leads and contacting them to confirm their viability as prospects. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging marketing materials. Plan and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive sales. Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with company goals and customer needs. Personal Profile: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in engineering or manufacturing. A clear, tried, and tested sales process for identifying new clients and converting cold leads into prospects. Experience in a target-driven role is desirable. Previous experience in digital marketing. Experience in videography and using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Ability to craft compelling content and campaigns relevant to the company's target market. Strong data interpretation skills to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities. Package: Salary of up to £30,000 DOE
