Role: National Onsite Customer Support Manager
Location: Midlands -
ABOUT THE ROLE –
1. Deputise at any time for all members of an Onsite Customer Operations team through to and including the manager’s position.
2. Ensure that sales orders are promptly loaded onto the systems at acceptable margin levels, savings achievement, and customer delivery requirements
3. Ensure that purchase orders are promptly loaded onto the systems utilising established preferred sources of supply where possible
4. Ensure that reporting team members have clearly defined tasks and objectives and that they deliver the required standards of performance.
5. Research and identify supply options where preferred suppliers have not been previously determined or cannot supply within required timescales
6. Maintain and establish strong customer relationships
7. To travel to and from Customer sites across the UK
8. Regular staying away from home required – location all dependent on site with required support
9. Please note we have support staff based across the UK and will endeavour to keep staff as close to home as possible, BUT, this is a role that requires national coverage

Mon - Fri: 8am- 5pm
Breaks: 1 hour
Weekly hours: 40

ABOUT YOU –
10. Knowledge and proficiency with systems. i.e. SAP, Excel
11. Previous experience in the engineering industry is desirable but not essential
12. Willing to travel across the UK
13. Potential staying away from home Monday – Friday
14. Managerial and/ or team lead experience
15. Located in Central East England (ideally Sheffield or surrounding towns/ cities)
