Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
* Lead prospecting and account management activities for all customers and products.
* Hit total revenue and contract value targets.
* Identify rental and leasing opportunities with new accounts in your area.
* Identify service opportunities with new accounts in your specific area.
* Continuously monitor competitor strengths and weaknesses regarding services, personnel, fleet numbers, and mix types to exploit available opportunities.
* Create and build long-lasting relationships with the customer base.
* Profitably manage an existing portfolio to maximize and improve utilization.
* Manage price increases to achieve profitable growth and minimize credits.
* Work with customer service teams to resolve customer queries to 100% satisfaction.
* Work with risk and collections teams to ensure timely customer payment.
* Deliver a sales pipeline to assist in effective forecasting for repositioning of assets and capital expenditure.
* Develop product knowledge to assist customers in correct asset selection.
* Remain up to date on technological advances and legislative developments and how these can positively impact both revenue and profits.
* Work with internal functions and marketing to deliver added value product growth.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years work experience with a proven track record in sales.
