About the role
We are looking for a Development Quality Manager to join our growing Development team. We aim to deliver 1,500 new affordable homes over the next 5-years. Your role will be to provide critical operational support for the team by setting PCH’s new build design standards and ensuring these are delivered on site, providing performance management information, overseeing the grant funding and audit process and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality post-completion defect rectification service.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
Has considerable proven experience delivering construction related quality assurance service and management of defects.
Has considerable proven experience preparing and reporting on a range of performance indicators.
Has demonstrable experience working with key stakeholders including residents, internal departments, local authorities, regulators, and building warranty providers.
Has demonstrable good knowledge of housing construction and technical design standards, as well as Homes England grant funding and audit requirements.
