This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hard working Accounts Assistant to join a small friendly team and progress their career. The main duties: - Prepare and process a fortnightly payroll - Process new startersand leavers - Deal with payroll queries - Process invoices per department on to sage - Reconcile supplier statements - Process daily sales onto daily excel spreadsheet, which is then posted to sage - Reconcile all credit card to bank statement daily - Process business credit card expenditure - Process weekly mileage payments on bank portal - Generate quarterly rent invoices for commercial properties - Assist with quarterly VAT returns Qualifications & experience: - Previous accounts and payroll experience - Sage experience is essential - Highly proficient Excel skills - Excellent communication skills - Strong team player My client offers a highly competitive salary, and excellent holidays.
