Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload, including medical stabilisation, imaging assessments, complex orthopedic, and surgical cases.
* Perform nurse-led procedures and hands-on tasks to ensure exceptional patient care.
* Contribute to the well-being of the Shrewsbury pet-owning community by delivering compassionate and affordable pet care.
Hours: The role offers a great work-life balance: 40-hour workweek across 4 days, with a 2:9 Saturday rotation.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) certification with at least 2 years of experience.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with confidence and kindness.
* Eagerness to engage in nurse-led veterinary procedures and advance your veterinary career.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with pet owners and collaborate effectively within a supportive team.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 p/a, reflective of experience.
Holidays: 6 weeks of annual leave.
