Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Associate Marketing Analytics will serve as a cross-functional role, working closely with members across the marketing and business development teams to analyze the impact and effectiveness of various marketing strategies (thought leadership, socials, events) and drive insights that can be leveraged by the business development team sales funnel. Responsibilities will also include helping with the creation and formatting of materials, collaborating with the team on event-related logistics and presentations, digital marketing, external communications, and an array of other projects.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the candidate will have a variety of responsibilities and will work in close coordination with numerous groups within StepStone. It also requires strong technical skills to assist the team with various projects, presentations, and communications leveraging platforms such as Salesforce.
To excel in this role, the candidate must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing numerous concurrent projects. The candidate should have a desire to proactively learn about the investment management industry, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Dublin or London offices.
Essential Job Functions:
* Measure the impact and effectiveness of various marketing strategies against predetermined team and company goals and use the data to inform future goals and create dashboards.
* Measure engagement insights across web, social, email, and document.
* Measure growth insights for prospects, clients, and new and cross-sell opportunities.
* Measure and track conference and event attendance and ROI.
* Support fundraising efforts including tracking and distribution of materials and related activities.
* Support local conferences and event programs, including content generation, vendor negotiations, logistics management, and attendee & speaker coordination.
* Support external communications efforts through the identification of compelling market trends and topics that will generate interest across media and events.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
* 4-5 years of experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance, or other related fields preferred.
* Experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management, or other related businesses preferred.
* Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptability.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members at all levels.
* High degree of organization and independence to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
* Advanced knowledge of Salesforce required.
* Knowledge of web-based applications (Pardot, Seismic, WordPress) and HTML preferred.
