This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students in a supportive and dynamic environment.\n\nThe Role:\n\nWe are looking for motivated Qualified Teachers to deliver high-quality education to students across various key stages and subjects, depending on specialism. In these temporary roles, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of your students while also contributing to the wider school community. These roles could be made permanent depending on the candidates.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the abilities of all students.\n\nMonitor and assess students’ progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.\n\nContribute to the development of the curriculum and participate in departmental meetings.\n\nMaintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.\n\nEngage with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support student success and well-being.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nTo be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:\n\nExperience: At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a strong understanding of curriculum requirements.\n\nQualifications: A relevant degree in education or a related subject, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.\n\nTraining: Experience in classroom management and differentiated instruction.
Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.\n\nSkills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.\n\nTo be considered for the higher end of the salary bracket, candidates should demonstrate:\n\nAdvanced Teaching Experience: Extensive experience in teaching at GCSE or A-Level, with a proven track record of student success.\n\nLeadership or Coordinator Roles: Experience as a subject lead, department coordinator, or involvement in extracurricular activities related to education.\n\nProfessional Development: Continued professional development (CPD) in education, including advanced training or certifications that enhance teaching practice.\n\nLocation:\n\nThese roles are based in Northampton, within well-established schools.
