We live in a beautiful residential home and we love our garden and spend a lot of time in it. We love to be busy. We have a range of needs from complex learning disabilities and autism to physical disabilities. We have an established staff team who know us very well and are all trained and familiar with our routines. I n 2018, we started a huge garden project that transformed our garden, we take good care of it and love spending time in it. BBQ season truly takes over. We love our photos Always taking pictures and creating memory books. We are adaptable and flexible as a team, no task is to big, we are enthusiastic, willing and positive and we support each other. We support people to access a variety community facilities and person-centred activities. We are always coming up with new things to try.
