We are looking for a Temporary PA / Administrator with good Customer Service and note-taking competency/experience. The assignment will run for 6-8 weeks to start ASAP. This is a four-day-per-week assignment working Monday - Thursday. The Role Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm Temporary assignment for 6 - 8 weeks Start ASAP Day-to-day of the role: Manage front-of-house enquiry desk Provide Customer Service Sign post queries Manage busy email in-box Raise PO numbers Minute taking in lengthy meetings Prepare notes for circulation Use in house database Provide administrative support for projects and senior staff. Organise meetings, including agenda and minute preparation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in administration experience taking minutes / note taking Strong customer service and communication skills. Good database skills Good IT Skills
