Responsibilities include:
1. Food preparation including sandwiches, light meals, and salads.
2. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to customers and colleagues.
3. Assisting the catering manager and head chef in the smooth running of the venue.
4. Working as a team player and supporting your team to achieve.
5. Maintaining health and hygiene regulations.
6. Washing up and cleaning duties.
7. Working within the shop and bar.
8. Stock taking and general retail duties.
Entry Requirements
Maths and English Grade 4/C essential.

Training to be Provided
Hospitality Manager Level 4 apprenticeship standard.
