Job Purpose
To assist in providing general building maintenance service and repair works on behalf of Cambridge Maintenance to its client base.
Duties
1. Upkeep and tidying of plant rooms and equipment serving modern, high standard office buildings
2. Cleaning and painting of equipment, plant and plant room floors
3. Chemical cleaning of equipment using high-pressure jet washer
4. Delivery of spares to site
5. Basic Building Maintenance tasks including meter readings and tap temperature checks
6. To regularly and effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and other personnel in order to maintain and develop excellent professional working relationships and ensure smooth operation of the business
7. The job holder will be expected to organise their work and time efficiently, and to work supportively within a team
8. Punctual site attendance, wearing relevant PPE and clothing issued
9. Submitting clear, concise and accurate reports of works carried out, with clear recommendations for any further work required
10. Submitting weekly accurate timesheets
11. Communicating with Contracts Managers on job progression

Abilities
1. Knowledge of H.V.A.C. Industry
2. Knowledge of air conditioning systems
Qualifications
1. Driving Licence
2. Trained in Health and Safety
