We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading charity on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will come with at least a years experience of Finance Business Partnering.
Key responsibilities:
Provide customer focused partnering services to assigned business areas
Prepare robust budgets and forecasts accurately and on time
Ensure consolidated data is accurate and easy to review
Ensure the budget can be reviewed and approved to planned time frames
Analyse planning data to highlight variances, trends and risks
Provide detailed variances and commentary for allocated stakeholders
Support stakeholders' decision making on actions to be taken
Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long term strategic plans
Ensure ongoing support and improvements of reporting techniques and systems
Coordinate finance training for budgeting, reporting, purchase orders and processes
Provide financial project management and reporting as requiredRequired:
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups & sumifs minimum)
Outstanding business partnering and customer service skills
