Job Description
As a Kitchen Team leader, you will…
7. Prepare, cook and present food which meets specs and customer expectations.
8. Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help to guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
9. Deputise the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
10. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service making sure everything runs like clockwork.
