You will provide mentorship and support to advanced practitioners/other urgent care clinicians. You will clinical triage with Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust (WAST) and mitigating conveyance to acute hospital where appropriate and manage patients in step up/step down beds to support recovery, rehabilitation and timely discharge as part of the intermediate care response.
