W&A is partnering with a high-growth and multi-faceted company based in Edinburgh to help source a Credit Controller on an interim basis.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with three days working in the office and two at home.
Working in the Credit Control team, your role will involve active chasing of outstanding customer debt via telephone contact as a priority. You will work closely with the rest of your team and demonstrate a drive to continue to learn more while in your role.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Contacting customers to chase outstanding debt,
* Delivering a high standard of professionalism and customer service with everyone you deal with,
* Maintaining accurate and accessible data,
* Deliver on daily targets.
Qualifications:
This role has no formal qualifications required, but there is an expectation that you will have been involved in Credit Control in the past. Beyond that, communication skills and a high level of professionalism are the most essential qualities needed to succeed.
This role would suit somebody looking to develop their skillset and build on their Credit Control experience in a fast-paced, busy environment.
