Job Title: Site Manager (Pubs Fit-Outs)
Location: Nationwide
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + package
Days: Monday - Friday (weekends included)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in pub fit-outs, ideally with a trade background. This role focuses on managing day-to-day on-site activities such as overseeing labour, ensuring health & safety compliance, and managing site logistics. While the role is not a working Site Manager position, we value candidates who are willing to be hands-on when needed for smaller projects and flexible enough to take a hands-off approach on larger sites.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing on-site activities including health & safety
2. Supervising laborers and subcontractors
3. Coordinating site logistics and ensuring project timelines are met
4. Ordering materials as needed, though the office will primarily manage this
5. Balancing hands-on involvement for smaller projects and hands-off management for larger sites
Requirements:
1. Strong experience in pub fit-outs.
2. Experience with health & safety management on construction sites
3. Ability to supervise and manage labour efficiently
4. Flexibility to be hands-on or hands-off depending on the project size
5. Willingness to travel nationwide for projects
