Job Title: Site Manager (Pubs Fit-Outs)
Location: Nationwide
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + package
Days: Monday - Friday (weekends included)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in pub fit-outs, ideally with a trade background. This role focuses on managing day-to-day on-site activities such as overseeing labour, ensuring health & safety compliance, and managing site logistics. While the role is not a working Site Manager position, we value candidates who are willing to be hands-on when needed for smaller projects and flexible enough to take a hands-off approach on larger sites.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing on-site activities including health & safety
Supervising laborers and subcontractors
Coordinating site logistics and ensuring project timelines are met
Ordering materials as needed, though the office will primarily manage this
Balancing hands-on involvement for smaller projects and hands-off management for larger sites
Requirements:
Strong experience in pub fit-outs.
Experience with health & safety management on construction sites
Ability to supervise and manage labour efficiently
Flexibility to be hands-on or hands-off depending on the project size
Willingness to travel nationwide for projects
