EHS Advisor Monday - Friday (Days)

The EHS Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence within the organization. Partners closely with operational teams to embed EHS practices into day-to-day activities, ensuring safety and environmental considerations are integral to all business operations.
Ensures compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, standards, and internal policies by conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Leads thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative measures to minimize future risks.
Develops and delivers EHS training programs, fostering a strong culture of safety and environmental stewardship through proactive employee engagement.
Identifies and drives initiatives to enhance EHS performance, leveraging data analysis to uncover trends and implement innovative solutions.
Acts as a key advisor to management and employees, building trust and influencing behaviours to prioritize EHS excellence across all levels of the organization.
Proven experience in an EHS Advisor/ Coordinator role, preferably within a heavy manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification (Essential).
Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
