BRC Promotions partner with some of the UK's leading charities to increase their fundraising efforts and spread the word about everything they do within the local communities. We have been around for over 14 years and worked with some charities exclusively for over 10 years. This role would be supporting one of our amazing charities Macmillan Cancer Support or Alzheimer’s Society at venues based in and around the North of England.
What will I be doing?
The Business Data Analyst is an essential role in BRC Promotions Ltd for the smooth running of our operations. You will be responsible for the majority of reporting in the business, and supporting the internal team. To achieve this, you should have strong Microsoft Excel and data analytical skills. You should have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload demonstrating a proactive approach to work, with experience using Google Looker Studio or similar.
You should be organised, have excellent written and verbal communication, and have the ability to develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with all clients, colleagues, and managers, with the ability to interpret different requests and the best way forward. You must have a can-do attitude, good time management, and the ability to adapt to situations demonstrating a positive approach to all areas of the business.
You must have experience working with all Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. To carry out the business tasks that include:
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting utilising reporting platforms
* Construct, build, implement, monitor, and maintain reporting systems on various platforms including but not limited to Google Looker Studio, Excel, SQL
* Analyse and interpret data or trends, and report findings to key stakeholders in a clear and concise format
* Analyse and assess the validity of reports both created and received
* Work cohesively with other departments and key stakeholders for the good of the business
* Create new reports when required
* Sense check data passing through your remit
* Communicate with all stakeholders
* Support the field team with 1st level support
* Support and work with the general administration team
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
What will I receive?
* £30,000-£35,000 annual salary depending on experience
* 35 hours per week – Monday-Friday 9-5 pm
