School Customer Service Assistant - Crawley
Are you a team player with a passion for food and people? Do you thrive in a busy environment? If so, then we are looking for someone just like you to help us deliver exceptional customer experience for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 10 hours per week.
As a Customer Services Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. Please note: This role is contracted to 44 weeks per year.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
2. Creating attractive food and counter displays
3. Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
4. Handling cash and operating the cash register
5. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
6. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Customer Services Assistant will:
