Job Summary: Key Account Manager – Kitchen & Bedroom Door Manufacturers will sell interior surfaces, including veneers and plastic films, to furniture manufacturers, managing £5m-£10m in sales and 30-40 key accounts.
Responsibilities:
* Sell 200m-500m rolls of interior surfaces to companies manufacturing membrane pressed doors for kitchen and bedroom furniture.
* Manage pricing, trading plans, and customer complaints.
* Assist clients to break into new markets, such as shop fitting, student accommodation, and supermarkets.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years B2B field sales experience targeting manufacturing.
* Proven track record of managing and growing large/key accounts.
* Understanding of current manufacturing processes.
* Experience selling raw materials to manufacturers to create a finished product.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience selling interior design/aesthetically pleasing products.
* Contacts within bedroom, bathroom, or kitchen manufacturers.
* Degree educated and able to develop a good feel for wood grain designs and colours.
