Our client based in Woking is seeking an experienced EA/PA to join their team for a period of 3 months. This role requires recent experience supporting at director level. Duties: Proactively manage diary and calendar scheduling for the Director, ensuring efficient time managementArrange all travel and logistical needs, including meeting preparation, expenses, and other operational tasksEnsure the Director is fully prepared for meetings by providing all relevant documentationManage and prioritise incoming correspondence, including emails, drafting responses where appropriateProvide diary and travel support to the wider leadership team when requiredOrganise and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparationSupport budget management, including processing purchase orders, obtaining approvals, checking invoices, and receiptingExperience using procurement systems would be an advantageKey Requirements:Minimum of 5 years experience supporting Director-level executives or aboveExperience managing complex calendars across multiple time zonesPrevious experience working in a global corporate environmentExcellent attention to detailConfident prioritising workloadImmediate availability to start a new role
