Job summary Specialist Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist Base: Camp Hill Primary Care Centre- North Warwickshire Community Permanent 37.5 hours 7 day working 9.00 - 17.00 (weekend working cross county on a rota). This is a rare opportunity to join an established Specialist Palliative Care Team in North Warwickshire Community. The team is supported by a Consultant and is part of the wider Specialist Palliative Care Team across Warwickshire. The role is based at Camp Hill GP Led Health Centre and works closely with the Mary Anne Evans Hospice, SWFT Community Nurses, the George Eliot Hospital Team and local GP's.
