Job Description
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the company. Your main duties will include:
Job Duties:
* Managing a team of Management Accountants and Assistant Management Accountants
* Developing and implementing financial strategies
* Preparing financial reports and analysis
* Managing budgets and forecasting
* Overseeing financial transactions
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
* Providing financial advice to senior management
Required Qualifications:
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
* Proven experience in a similar financial management role
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Finance or related field
* Experience in the accounting industry
