Talk to us about how we can best support you As a HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with functional leaders to create and drive a strategic people plan that aligns with the organisation’s goals. You will play a key role in implementing this plan in line with our Group Functions’ priorities, whilst building trusted relationships to effectively champion and drive the People agenda. Define and implement a people and culture strategy your for functions that promotes organisational effectiveness through fit for future design, improved ways of working and leadership development. Equip leaders with the tools to recruit, retain and develop diverse teams, creating a hard-working, inclusive culture built on trust. Partner with leaders to deliver effective people and operational changes that drive business performance improvements. Identify essential skills and capabilities to achieve business goals, ensuring strategic plans are in place for talent acquisition and development. Analyse trends, metrics and performance indicators with the function to pinpoint and address opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with leaders on talent development strategies, career pathing and succession planning to build a strong future pipeline. Advocate for culture that values listening, shared learning and inclusion, enabling colleagues to be heard and reach their full potential. Demonstrated experience working within a global, matrixed organisation in retail, FMCG or a commercial company Proven ability to create and implement people plans that aligns with business goals and drive organisational effectiveness. Sound track record of supporting and leading people-related change initiatives, with an ability to improve business performance through effective change management. Skilled in using HR metrics and performance indicators to guide people strategies and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Excellent business partnering and influencing skills to coach, advise and build trusted relationships with leaders.
