About the Role: The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of groundworks projects, including cost control and financial reporting. You will work closely with the current Commercial Director, gaining valuable insight and experience to prepare you for progression to Director level. As the Commercial Director plans to step down in the near future this role is designed to transition into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the commercial management of multiple groundworks projects from inception to completion. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Lead and develop a commercial team as the business continues to grow.
