* Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver bespoke event solutions.
* Lead and motivate a team of sales coordinators to ambitious goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events, from conception to completion.
* Stay on top of industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Events Sales Management roles within the hospitality industry ideally from a caterer, hotel or venue.
* Financial expertise, including budgeting and forecasting skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
* A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
