The Role: Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4). Differentiate your teaching to cater to the diverse learning needs of all students. Assess student progress effectively and provide timely and constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and departmental resources. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching and learning. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A strong academic background in Mathematics. Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level. A passion for Mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
