An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Department to join our Stockton Riverside College Management team reporting to our Vice Principal. As Head of Department, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of dedicated Curriculum Managers and staff within the department of English, Maths, Creative, and Digital. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, maintaining high academic standards, and fostering an environment of growth and excellence within the department.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for education. You should be skilled in managing staff, highly motivated, and possess excellent organizational skills.
