YOUR ROLE
You will be an integral part of our growing team in the UK, working closely with colleagues both locally and across Europe. Operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inquiries: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer requests, ensuring high satisfaction and driving conversions.
* Supporting inside sales: Collaborate with our internal sales team to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
* Customer visits: Travel to meet customers in person, build strong relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
* Expanding the customer base: Identify new business opportunities and help us grow our presence in the UK market.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial activities—building strong relationships, developing new business, and helping drive our continued success. Your proactive approach and adaptability to evolving market needs will be essential to delivering our strategic goals.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a driven and communicative professional with a strong ability to manage customer relationships and navigate shifting priorities. You thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to contribute to a growing, international business.
* You have proven experience in sales, preferably within technical or industrial sectors.
* Experience from the medical or defence industry is seen as a significant advantage.
* You’re confident in managing both sales and purchasing processes and are comfortable with administrative tasks when needed.
* You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
* You enjoy taking initiative, making smart decisions, and overcoming challenges with a positive mindset.
