Main duties of the job Main duties of the job The General Manager is a key member of the Directorate triumvirate teams, responsible for the effective strategic and operational management of a defined set of Care Groups, and will work closely with the Clinical Director, Head of Nursing and Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of high quality patient services within the resources available.
