The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire and security systems. * Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, intruder alarms, access control, and other security systems.
* Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with relevant fire and security standards and regulations.
* Provide customer support, offering expert advice and guidance on system operation and maintenance.
* Conduct regular inspections and servicing of existing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
* Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation.
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and excellent service.
