* Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless property management and top-tier service delivery.
* Coordinate with vendors for consistent quality, including housekeeping, maintenance, and IT support.
Key Accountabilities:
The ideal candidate will possess strong operational management and systems integration skills, ideally in hospitality or property management.
* Develop and manage operational systems, ensuring data security and privacy compliance.
* Integrate AI tools to automate workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance overall efficiency.
* Lead the onboarding of new properties, setting up essential systems, sourcing furniture, and establishing operational standards.
Requirements:
