Activus Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Fleet Mechanic to join a reputable quarry company based in Aberdeen. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance, servicing, and repairing HGVs, LGVs, trailers, and powder tankers both in workshops and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair faults on a range of fleet vehicles
* Perform routine servicing and maintenance
* Ensure safe use of tools, equipment, and PPE
* Carry out daily checks on lifting and plant equipment
* Support and mentor team members when required
Requirements:
* Experience with HGV/LGV repairs and diagnostics
* Understanding of vehicle maintenance standards
* Strong commitment to health & safety
* Full UK driving licence
