Frontline with Admin, Parts Distribution & Sales Opportunities
We are looking for applicants with the following key attributes:
* Self-motivated and the ability to work independently and show initiative.
* Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills with clients, suppliers, and team members.
* Professional and friendly phone manner.
* Computer skills are a must; preference will be given to applicants with Ostendo experience, online sales, or website marketing.
* Hold a current driver's licence.
Duties Include:
* Inward phone calls, dealing with enquiries, and recording in our call centre.
* Inward and outward freight.
* Organizing trailer delivery/pickups, warrants, and registrations.
* Purchase ordering, invoicing, and receipting with Ostendo Software.
* Correspondence and admin, banking receipts and deposits, time capture for work hours.
* Sales.
* Website, Facebook, and online marketing.
* Stock taking.
* General office tidying.
* Additional duties as required.
* Health and safety.
