Responsibilities

4. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
6. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
7. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and food preparation.
8. Help create an enjoyable dining atmosphere by presenting dishes attractively.
