Role Responsibility We are looking to recruit to multiple positions within our Financial Assessment and Income Unit. The position of Income Recovery Officer is based in Maidstone however, we undertake hybrid working, meaning that we work from home and the office, depending on business needs. The positions available are permanent, full time (37 hours per week) contracts. The teams working within the Financial Assessment and Income Unit are expanding and adapting to improve the recovery of income following non-payment of an invoice. You will, through excellent technical knowledge and a pro-active approach, work on specific projects aiming to improve income collection and reduce debt owed to the authority. You must be positive, engaging, adaptable to change, and possess excellent organisational, numeracy and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate compassion and knowledge when working with debtors to ensure that recovery is efficient, informative, and successful.
