What the Job Involves As a Social Work Assistant, you will work within the Adult Services Review Team, liaising with the Team Manager, Social Workers, and Duty Workers to arrange and monitor services aligned with individual care plans. Responsibilities include providing advice and practical help, liaising with voluntary and statutory agencies, completing annual care plan reviews, and participating in team meetings and duty rotas. You will be required to work in line with Council Policies, and health and safety legislation, and may sometimes work from various locations as required.
