Compensation & Benefits Administrator (German speaking) Based Weybridge, Surrey The Prax Group refines and blends physical oil to regional, market and customer specification in strategically located terminals and warehouses around the world. We operate efficient, safe, and high-quality logistics, moving oil by barge, truck, rail, pipeline and vessel in support of our core activities and for third parties. Our core business is refining, logistics and sales; our assets and investments complement and enhance these activities. At the last count, we have 1250 employees in 12 offices across 7 countries. We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Administrator to help oversee and administer employee rewards and our move towards a smart benefits landscape. You will help assess personnel needs across several Group companies globally and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organisational trust and satisfaction. The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company’s profile as best place to work. Responsibilities Work with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to define and implement a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals across multiple territories. Work with external providers to maintain the on-line benefits system for company employees. With the HR Director assist in developing a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives. Ensure that compensation practices are compliant with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc) Evaluate salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits. Deploy effective communication strategies linked to changes, developments and improvements across the benefits landscape. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices Requirements Demonstrable working experience in an international Compensation and Benefits environment. HR related project management experience. Prior experience in HR practices and the administration and management of employee benefits. Able to work with stakeholders to add value to job evaluation and job analysis systems. Knowledge of current labour rules and regulations in the UK and beyond. Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits. Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Fluent in German.
