As a Recruitment Advisor you will;
* Be a key player in attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates for various UK based roles across the business.
* Be you passionate about connecting top talent with groundbreaking opportunities to help build the workforce of tomorrow.
* Our supportive, people focused, HR team is currently 3 people based locally plus a global HR team.
Core Functions & Obligations
* Source and scout for those hidden gems of talent, qualified to deliver the requirements of our roles and suited to constantly evolve our diverse mix of talent
* Support and contribute to the overall recruitment strategies
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
* Build and maintain talent pipelines
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
* Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
* Recruitment agency management

* Qualified candidate shortlists
* Timely filled positions
* Improved time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics
* Enhanced employer brand and candidate experience
* Diverse talent pool
* Strong recruitment update communication and analytics
* Updated job descriptions and competency frameworks
* Support with the handover to successfully onboarding of new hires

* Data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
* Employer branding and candidate experience principles
* Diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
* Basic HR functions and their relationship to recruitment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Proactive approach to tasks and a true team player
