Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant

Job Duties:
* Provide support to students with challenging behaviour in a classroom setting
* Assist teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Work one-on-one with students to address behavioural issues and promote positive interactions
* Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualised behaviour plans
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Experience working with children or young adults
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or young adults
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of behaviour management techniques
* Ability to build rapport with students
* Good organisational skills
* Basic IT skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Training in safeguarding and child protection
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
