Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the legal team, providing direction and support
2. Develop and implement legal strategies in line with the company's objectives
3. Offer detailed legal advice and analysis to senior management
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on legislative changes
5. Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters, ensuring understanding of compliance
Ideal Skills and Experience

2. Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
3. Exceptional analytical and organisational abilities
4. Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
5. Flexibility to work from home with travel to London once or twice per month
6. At least 7 years of residential conveyancing experience
7. 1+ years of experience in a HoLP role (preferred)

This is your chance to lead a growing, innovative practice and make a real impact on the property market.
