Job summary A position has become available at the Kent & Canterbury Hospital as Pre-Surgical Preparation administration support in pre-assessment and the admission of planned patients for surgery Main duties of the job The successful candidate will work as a team member within the work environment of pre-surgical preparation. Administration is a vital part for our patient pathways this position will support both staff and patients for a smooth elective surgical pathway. Providing person-centred, high quality and effective care is at the top of our agenda and we pride ourselves in demonstrating our values that people feel cared for, safe and confident that we are making a difference in everything we do. Provide comprehensive administrative, clerical support to the Pre-surgical Preparation teams in pre-assessment and admissions lounges. Work in a team based service providing support for each other and ensuring continuity of the service. Retrieval of medical records for Pre-assessment clinics.
