Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a specialist provision in Accrington. This provision caters for pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health aged 11-16. They are passionate about making a difference, removing challenges to learning, having a positive impact, delivering high quality teaching and learning.
They are looking for casual Teaching Assistants to work within their provision on a part-time basis.
Job Details:

* Position: KS3 – KS4 Teaching Assistant
* Type: SEMH provision
* Contract: Temporary
* Schedule: Part-time (2/3 days a week)
The role would be to support as instructed by the class teacher, which may be on a 1:1 and whole group basis. Due to the nature of the pupils, building positive working relationships is essential; therefore, being resilient, calm, and approachable are all characteristics that you must possess in order to be successful.
