As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher. This could involve general classroom cover or overseeing lessons for a specific subject area. No formal teaching qualifications are required, but previous experience in education, youth work, or related fields is desirable. Confidence, adaptability, and a professional attitude are essential. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged and on-task. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and expectations.
