Hand Therapist / Senior Physiotherapist

Up to £49,500.00 pro rata depending on experience

Main duties of the job
As a Hand Therapist / Senior Physiotherapist, you will:
1. See a wide range of hand conditions and post-operative cases, playing a key role in helping our patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to.
2. Work within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, AHPS and consultants in order to optimise the health and recovery of our patients.
3. Deliver high quality, effective clinical care.
4. Adhere to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, encouraging behaviour which is enterprising, passionate, independent and caring.
5. Deliver excellent clinical care that is evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive to our patient's needs.
6. Ensure ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided.
7. Be compliant with all professional, clinical and integrated governance standards and participate in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
* BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
* Further training in hand therapy and experience in custom splinting.
* Excellent clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills.
* Confident communicator, skilled at engaging with all kinds of people.
* Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively.
