Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will spearhead the development and cultivation of a robust continuous improvement culture throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate in delivering the site’s master schedule
* Assist in implementing the company’s strategic objectives
* Lead, coach, and mentor colleagues in LEAN manufacturing principles
* Provide visible support during project launches and trials, ensuring standardized approaches
* Manage multiple projects aimed at On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery of objectives
* Effectively communicate ideas and opinions across the organization
* Address learning and development needs comprehensively
* Manage stakeholder expectations with finesse
* Showcase best practices to reinforce learning and maintain high standards across the site
Requirements:
* Background in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
* Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
* Demonstrable track record of applying lean tools and techniques, supported by project examples
* Ideally certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or a willingness to pursue certification
* Strong IT acumen, particularly in data analysis and visualization
* Excellent documentation skills including SOPs and report writing
* Genuine enthusiasm for fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Ability to influence and inspire others towards achieving common goals
* Unwavering drive and motivation to excel in a dynamic environment
