Regional Service Quality Manager (Care Homes)
Lowestoft, Suffolk
Up to £55,000 per year + monthly car allowance
I am working with a fabulous family-owned care home company to help them find an Experienced Regional Service Quality Manager to be part of a team that puts people at the heart of the business.
In this Service managers role you will:
• Be responsible for ensuring and maintaining high-quality care services across the care home group
• Work closely with the operations team, care home managers, and staff to promote a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and resident satisfaction
• Monitor, evaluate and enhance service quality standards in line with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Provide guidance and support to care home managers to ensure compliance and the delivery of exceptional care
To be successful in this great role you must be able to demonstrate:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or care home industry
• Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements CQC
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement
• A full UK driving licence as the role covers care and nursing homes throughout the UK
• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience, desirable but not essential
