Specialist Plant is a leading provider in the civil engineering industry. We pride ourselves on delivering quality and reliable service. We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Yard Operative to join our team and support our yard operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Load and unload deliveries using a forklift and telehandler
2. Assist in loading operations with cranes
3. Organise and put stock away efficiently
4. Maintain a clean and tidy yard environment
5. Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
1. Ability to work independently and use initiative
2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
3. Experience with crane operations is preferred but not essential
4. Forklift and telehandler experience is advantageous, but training will be provided
5. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (PPE provided)
