An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time, 20 hours a week, Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse post within our team in the Ophthalmology Outpatient Department in the National Treatment Centre - Highland, Inverness.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and forward-thinking nurse to join us. You will be committed to the delivery of quality patient care with an ambition to ensure patients have the best experience possible when accessing our eye services.
The Senior Staff Nurse is responsible for supporting the Senior Charge Nurse in leading, managing and developing nursing teams within the Ophthalmology Outpatient Department. Experience of working in an Ophthalmology setting is desirable.
The department is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 with Casualty Clinics at weekends and public holidays whereby you may be expected to work 1 or 2 weekend shifts a month.
